I didn't ever know I'd start a sewing blog.
I also never expected to have such a passion for it.
I love that I can just THINK when I'm sewing.
I compare it to people who run to clear their head...
Funny as it sounds, I sew.
These are a few of my first projects that I didn't have
any foresight to really document for tutorial sake.

Dress I found at Target... I was obsessed from the second
I saw it, but it was a XXL & I'm a S. It was the only
one I could find anywhere, so I decided to get it & make
it fit. Before (left), After (right) :) Love it now!
I saw a blue polka ruffle bag on Pinterest & decided to
make my own version from oatmeal linen.
I love it, the perfect casual bag.

Elastic waist skirt for summer- these are so easy! I've made 4!
Second elastic waist skirt- my fav one! I didn't make a
sash for this one. I get SO many compliments on it. ♥
Maxi style elastic waistband skirt, with bow sash.
This one is so popular with friends & family I've made 2
and sold 3 more. Might have to start an Etsy up for
these babies! So cute & comfy...
That's the start, lots more to come! For now, I'm off to
watch the women's Olympic swimming relay! Cheers!
